Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Cam & Dursley Taxis. By booking a journey with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Punctuality
- While we strive to ensure our drivers are on time, Cam & Dursley Taxis cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic congestion, road accidents, or severe weather).
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers to ensure vehicle availability.
2. Airport Transfers & Station Pickups
- For airport pickups, we allow a standard waiting time of 60 minutes after the flight has landed.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to provide the correct flight number and arrival time.
- For Cam & Dursley Station pickups, please notify us immediately if your train is delayed.
3. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage
- Our vehicles are licensed for a specific number of passengers. Please ensure you book a vehicle large enough for your group and luggage.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage if the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle's legal limit.
4. Passenger Conduct & Fouling
- We maintain a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy in all vehicles.
- A fouling charge (minimum £80) will be applied to any passenger who soils the vehicle, to cover the cost of professional cleaning and loss of earnings.
5. Payments and Cancellations
- We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Safety
- All our drivers are DBS-checked and fully licensed by the local authority.
- Abuse, violence, or threatening behavior towards our drivers will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the journey.
